In our office, you’ll see several rocks inscribed with our logo on people’s desks.
Every 90 days, each member of our team selects 1-3 specific goals that guide their professional development. We call these goals our rocks. When these goals are met, the team member receives a literal rock marking their accomplishment.
The rocks remind us of the continuous improvement we expect of ourselves.

We make sure our clients know that the entire Kotman Technology team is behind them.
Our office is purposefully designed for collaboration. On any given day, you can find our staff consulting with one another, planning solutions, and responding to challenges as one collective team.

From day one, our primary goal has always been to help people. That's hard to do when you have complicated agreements with lots of exclusions and exceptions. So we don't do that.

Impromptu Nerf gun fights happen on the regular. May 4th is a bonafide holiday in our books. Kotman family zoo day is an annual tradition. And even on weekends, you’ll find us bonding over backyard BBQ’s or go-kart racing.
