In our office, you’ll see several rocks inscribed with our logo on people’s desks. Every 90 days, each member of our team selects 1-3 specific goals that guide their professional development. We call these goals our rocks. When these goals are met, the team member receives a literal rock marking their accomplishment.
We’ve handed out a lot of rocks this quarter to team members that received new technology certifications. These certifications not only mean that these people are wicked smart, but also that our clients are being supported by the best in the game.
