With their network/IT room quickly reaching its capacity, we doubled their available space simply by bringing their network room up to the Kotman standard. We also brought Streamline’s backups to a place of consistency and reliability after an accounting software backup created a corrupted file that required days of manual entry to restore. The Kotman team was able to document the network and Streamline now has a runbook - a set of standardized documents, references and procedures that explain common recurring IT tasks.
