The Future Starts Today
A Nonprofit Case Study
This Central California nonprofit is committed to developing girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. With offices in Fresno, Bakersfield, and Mendota, the nonprofit serves the communities of Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, and Tulare Counties.
The Challenge
This organization serves over 11,000 youth members and 3,000 adult volunteers each year. Their executive leadership understood the important role of technology in moving their organization forward. In order to continue supporting the immense number of individuals who rely on their valuable programs, their aging technology infrastructure needed to be brought up to speed. Enter Kotman Technology.
The Solution
Kotman Technology got right to work bringing the organization up to the Kotman standard. One of the unintended advantages that upgrading their existing infrastructure afforded was the ability to rapidly deploy a fully remote work force when the COVID-19 pandemic stay-at-home order went into effect. With Kotman’s help, the nonprofit moved a workforce of 30+ staff members across multiple locations to remote working in a matter of a few days.
The Outcome
With Kotman’s support, the nonprofit organization is able to focus on staying connected with its members and serving its community with free virtual programs, at-home activities and curbside pick-up. Since they know that Kotman will always lead with the right solution - the first time - they can feel confident in navigating any challenge that comes their way.
